Beef Stir Fry made with Piedmontese Fajita Strips

Ingredients:
1 Lb Package Fajita meat. Be sure to thoroughly thaw the Beef. After thawing, dry the meat and if needed, cut into smaller strips.
Marinade
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 Inch Fresh Ginger Root Peeled and Minced
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbls. Rice Vinegar
1.5 Tbls. Sesame Oil
1 Tbls. Sugar
Red Chili Flakes to Taste
2 Tbls Toasted Sesame Seeds
Corn Starch Optional
Equipment:
Wok or Large Skillet You will need a wok or a large skillet. Size is important, as a larger pan will better hold the heat - which is needed to execute this recipe.

Beef Fajitas
Ingredients:
1 Lb.Piedmontese Fajita Strips
1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 medium onions, halved and sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 orange bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
Oil, for frying
Flour tortillas, warmed 1 2

Quesadillas & Taco Filling
Ingredients:
1 chuck roast
1/2 c bone or beef broth
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1/4 fresh lime juice
1can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (small can, chopped)
4-6 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 tbsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground cloves 3-5 bay leaves.
