This invoice is for a nonrefundable deposit for 1/4 Processed Piedmontese beef. Details of total cost and breakdown follow below
$5.50 per lb of Hanging Weight, plus processing fees. Average hanging weight is approximately 150 lb.
This is for the deposit only, the remainder will be paid at processing. We will contact you when processing is completed to arrange final payment and delivery.
There are two options for this fixed weight quarter, Bone -In and Boneless
If you prefer T-Bones, Porterhouse and Bone-in Steaks you will select the Bone-In option which will be approximately 110 lbs of meat for your freezer
If you prefer Demonico's, Filet mignon and new York Strip Steaks you will select the Boneless option which will be approximately 90 lbs of meat for your freezer. You get all of the same meat as the above option, just not the added weight of the bone.
This is our best-selling offering! A quarter will give you your own freezer section right at home. It will cover the basics, while still giving you a variety of nutrient dense beef for quite a while. Rest assured, whatever cut your grab from your freezer will be delicious and nutritious! Another great opportunity to invest in your time and health!
All packaged beef is sold per pound. Below is an example based on the fixed weight of 150 lb hanging weight. Final due at fulfillment will be invoiced once the order is put together.
EXAMPLE: Non-refundable Deposit of $500 DUE TODAY, $525 due at fulfillment. Total: $1025 Final total includes estimated processing fees of $200. Shipping arrangements will need to be made for distances greater than 150 miles from our farm.
